Man charged with trafficking marijuana arrested at Kentucky airport

BURLINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A man charged with trafficking marijuana was arrested at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport Tuesday.

A spokesperson with the airport told WKYT airport police approached a man near a baggage claim. The man ran from police who used a Taser to arrest the suspect.

The spokesperson couldn't confirm how the suspect arrived at the airport.

Cameron Morton, 26, was booked into the Boone County Detention Center Tuesday morning.

Morton was charged with trafficking more than five pounds of marijuana and fleeing or evading police.

He was arraigned in Boone County today morning.
